Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange and return policy:
- - Exchange and return are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.
- All products offered in our store are subject to our exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
Please contact us through our Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.
- Please photograph the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number so we can replace it if it is damaged, defective, or does not function as described.
You will receive a full refund if the product you received is completely different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use by the customer that are not stated on the product page of our website.
A 30% deduction, or a minimum of 25 dirhams, will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it is free of any defects or problems.
