When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery person. We offer a range of shipping providers in several major cities, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days from order placement and confirmation.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a select number of cities. All cities served by our shipping company are listed on the delivery page.

You can request international delivery from our team via WhatsApp to obtain product weight information and pricing from international shipping agents not currently listed with our store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

Please refer to the return policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. If a manufacturing defect is found and a return is agreed upon, the shipping costs to the company and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The product's price will not be charged to the customer, according to the return policy.

I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?
